Confession: I've never seen a Fast & Furious. Do I *need* to watch them all or are there essential ones?
It's settled. I will begin with the OG and feel it out from there. I'm 10 minutes into the first one and wondering how anyone avoided spoilers. [I'm guessing everyone did that joke when it came out 20 years ago]
So weird watching this now. When they yell “NOS!” before the car explodes I was expecting the rapper.
RICK YUNE!!!
Shit. I just realized why every mechanic who sees my wife's 2005 Acura RSX offers to buy it.
Wow. They call it RACE WARS. Okay.
I feel like they can do more with the cars. Just saying.
Pretty fast. Could be more furious.
Why the hell didn’t I do this as a podcast??
Starting FAST FIVE and Vin’s going to jail, his sister is with Walker (nice!), and wtf his Charger flipped a damn bus. Let’s do this!
Brian and Mia are in Rio but I can’t stop thinking about the Charger flipping he bus. I should probably let that go.
I feel like there would be easier ways to steal some supercars but I’m no expert.
Have any of these films done one where they steal a highly prized sports car and find out it’s possessed by a demon? Cuz I would like to write that one. Too Fast, Too Evil.
How did Dom escape those cuffs he was hanging from? Is there a backstory where he’s good at magic?
“Give me the damn veggies.”
As god is my witness I’ll be saying this line at dinner at some point this week.

This film is making me sad cuz it feels like something meant to be enjoyed communally in a packed theatre with strangers laughing and clapping together. I hope we can go back to that soon.
This reminds me of the time back in ‘84 when I tripped during a breakdance battle and my opposite helped me up off the cardboard. It was just like this.
