Where I've settled is 20 percent on anything that in the past I would've tipped zero, and double the tip on everything else.

But, this is in the context of still having a job and some things (mail delivery services) it's trickier to tip. https://twitter.com/hels/status/1249175267404328960
An example of where I would've tipped zero is where I buy wine (a family run joint). But now it's delivered (by fed ex) the store is closed but i tip to say thanks for packing and shipping my wine.
At the 20% level I try to stick to localish places where the owner is walking over from their home and their exposure risk is low.

I don't use any of the "go to the store and shop" for me services. My hypochondria is outweighed by my Catholic guilt.
But there's a bunch of stuff where i haven't figured out how to tip. I ordered a humidifier online for example.
