I have complaints about your service and surge in price in this pandemic you are looting miney from the people which is not ethical. Please look into this:

#grofers is stealthy and deceitfully fooling the customers in this grave COVID19 situation merely aiming to gain monetary profits ONLY. Pathetic commercial tact from #grofers

I have classified below 2 categories of how they are doing this.

Please let me know if you too are facing such issues or am I the only one.

Unethical but still Acceptable
 #Grofers is cancelling orders at the last moment without any prior notifications

 #Grofers increases the Smart club membership from Rs 59 to Rs 79
 #Grofers is charging Rs 15/- extra for delivery even for essential items
Unethical & NOT AT ALL Acceptable
 #Grofers is not activating your Smart club membership, even if you are buying it for extra Rs20

 #Grofers is not allowing Orange cash to be redeemed along with the payout
 Most of the products are charged at MRPs

So you end up paying more than what you will pay in your local Kirana store because you are even paying the extra delivery charges

and most Kirana stores (specially in metros) charges you a little less than the MRPs.

As of now #Amazon and #Flipkart have not resorted to such cheap tactics
