If you are struggling, you are not alone. Speak to a friend, a trusted family member, anyone you feel comfortable with. If someone you know seems to be having a hard time, let them know you are there for them if you can be, tell them they can access support.
If you donât feel that you need support, you can still look after your mental health. Take a break, be creative, go for a walk, have an extra long shower, let yourself have time for just you.
I know this thread is super long but looking after yourself is so important. If you do anything at all today, visit one of the websites, read about whatâs available, and most importantly, make time for yourself and do something you love, even if thatâs nothing at all
