America's governors are calling on Congress to give them $500 billion to keep their state budgets from going broke amid the coronavirus crisis.

Side notes: Yes, the states are bearing the brunt of the costs in fighting this virus. But, poor fiscal policy is not the fault of the American tax payer ...
