I am no fitness guru but I’ve been creating my at-home workouts for a few years now + they WORK.

So here’s a thread dedicated to them.
I hate clock abs after today, lol. But I feel so good! Here’s today’s workout!
Downward facing dogs going into pushups is the workout I didn’t know would kick my ass until today, lol. Enjoy!
And we’re back! Business has been crazy busy so I’ve mostly been taking some time to woosah and also do some yoga during my spare time.
