I’ve been overeating lately especially because of the quarantine and i was having my midterm holiday too , I gained 5 kg ( 12 pounds) I’m so unhappy with this and i want to lose the weight I gained, i have to lose 10 kg (24 pounds ) and I don’t know how..
Everyday i say that i will start today then i come to have another meal or eat something really unhealthy, i also feels so down those days and I can’t handle my self , my weight was 80 kg three months ago and i lost weight and get to 61 kg then gained again because of overeating
I’m now 65 kg , i need to be on my 55 or 50 kg to have a healthy body or something...
My diet was actually a mess at school but it helped me , i ate one meal a day somedays I skipped it , and i was exercising somedays and others don’t..
that is how i lost around 19 kg..
Since I gained weight again I’ll start to do a diet,I don’t know where to start from ..
I just don’t wanna put anything in my mouth for days just to feel ok..
I guess I’ll go with this..
Till i can finally get my shit together!!
Also i want to thank my cutie friend for supporting me thru my journey @MeiChan34738604 i just love her so much , she really helped me alot and I’m so thankful and grateful to have a great friend like her ..!!

Also i may do something to motivate me ..
There is some clothes that i really wanna wear when i lose all the weight that i have ..
So I would share it actually..!!
