i can’t stop thinking about if when animals try to find a ‘mate’ they feel the love an attraction to the same extent humans do
does that make sense ???????? do geckos think they’re in love when they mate
basically i’m trying to work out if if you fall in love with someone does it change the acceptance of them already having a partner bc animals don’t care if the other ones in a relationship or not they just know
i’ve just realised males literally fight the other male to date so they do respect boundaries like that??)))))!!????? my mind is fucked
