If Biden wants to appeal to the Left, he can start by vowing to begin working on DAY ONE to impeach every last justice appointed by our lawless, crime-boss President—and packing the courts until that's accomplished. But he won't, for the same reason he rolled over for McConnell.

Some of the replies seem to be missing the point, so to be more clear: There is little reason to believe Joe Biden won't nominate a justice pre-approved by McConnell to replace RBG in exchange for, say, a group hug photo-op or a made-to-be-broken promise not to defund Obamacare.
