I am realizing that a lot of Jamaicans are unaware of what government symbols and branding look like and even the buildings.

I may do a thread one day with as many of them as I can.

Prime Minister’s Standard. Flown at OPM when Prime Minister is in office and on the official car of the Prime Minister.

Governor General’s Standard. Flown at Kings House and on the Governor General’s Official vehicle. (May have other occasions)

There are several important rooms on the Jamaica House property.

1. Banquet Hall
2. Cabinet Room
3. Press Room
4. Drawing Rooms

The Jamaica House property has two main buildings. They are Jamaica House and the Office of the Prime Minister.

The OPM building was built in the 90s.
