I HIGHLY recommend the @calm app. I& #39;ve been using this app for a year and I swear to you it& #39;s worth it. My favorite parts to use are the self-meditation and the Sleep Stories. Real actors and artists read you an actual bedtime story. #MentalhealthduringCovid19
I also listen to Binaural Beats a lot when I work. I find it keeps my mind focused and away from wandering or stressing out, so I can complete tasks quicker. Another app that includes binaural beats but is a little more robust is @RelaxMelodies . You can listen to pre-recorded relaxation tracks or create your own by putting together hundreds of sounds from their library. #MentalhealthduringCovid19
@RelaxMelodies also has something called #SleepMoves which are a series of breathing ad yogic exercises that you can do standing sitting and then lying down to help you fall asleep. #MentalhealthduringCovid19
