Something that just popped into my head. Is it technically possible for a pitcher to get two blown saves in the same game?

Scenario: Player X blows a save, then goes to play a position. Team gets lead back later, X goes back to the mound and blows it again.

Would that be 2 BS?

For clarity, the pitcher would have to be playing another position in the field. Also, in this scenario, could a pitcher technically get a win and a save in the same game?
