Y'all need to stop setting up harassment campaigns targeting trans folks intended to completely destroy them and their livelihoods for something as petty as fictional accounts of shoplifting

If you're even tangentially involved in this mess I need you to stop, look at what you're doing, and ask yourself if your response is even remotely proportionate

Cause it isn't

Frankly, people casually steal from people like me and thousands of other indie devs all the time and we're just little folks trying to make games not faceless megacorporations and I don't see you being all up in arms over that

It's not about the shoplifting at all

Too many people can disagree with non minorities but as soon as someone's a minority disagreement somehow becomes hecking casus belli

In case you're still not getting it: lots of people are just eagerly waiting all the time for any minority person to step out of line even slightly in order to use that perceived slight as a pretext to utterly destroy them and it has /everything/ to do with bigotry

"But it could cost someone their job!"

Even presupposing that's true AND presupposing it's true that the person at fault is the shoplifter, by voicing this opinion instead of keeping it to yourself you're aiding the harassment of a marginalized person that cost THEM their job
