Took a timelapse video of the kids monitor so we could a get some sleep and b know how much they cried during sleep training

Now I've got a video file but the color bar seems to have been blown out by the screen... Any expert tricks to extract color from the file?

Options:

A) that kid is totally crying. Not captured on volume bar due to glare from screen

B) that kid is squirming but not crying!

C) I can see through space and time and have extracted the truth from the matrix

Yes this is exactly what parenting looks and feels like.

The volume bar is on the far left of the monitor for any sleuths who want to peek the video file and help out. Should light up green/red with noise
