/11 A thread on using @COLDCARDwallet & @wasabiwallet #coinjoin & validating with your own Raspi #Bitcoin node. There is no excuse for not flexing your sovereignty & privacy. 5 months ago I didn't even know what CLI was, if I can do this then anyone can.
/11 Build Wasabi: @wasabiwallet is open source, Tor enabled, & privacy focused. Very user friendly & fun to use. Download an executable or build it from source... like a psychopath.

/11 Import Coldcard: Once you get @wasabiwallet built, generate a new wallet. Securely store your seed phrase & password. Now export your @COLDCARDwallet skeleton wallet file to a MicroSD card so you can import it to Wasabi via sneakernet.
/11 Build Tx: Use the tx builder to paste the receiving address from the new @wasabiwallet you generated & select which address to spend from your @COLDCARDwallet, enter an amount & adjust your fees. You have to enter an observer too.
/11 Sign Tx: Now export your tx in a binary PSBT, save it to your MicroSD card, sneakernet it over to your @COLDCARDwallet & sign it.
/11 Broadcast Tx: Import the signed tx to @wasabiwallet by opening the tx broadcaster and selecting Import. Then hit Broadcast. You can also connect Wasabi to your own node by editing the IP address & port in the configuration file. Wait for your tx to get confirmations.
/11 Build your own node. If I can figure this stuff out you can too. I don't have a computer science background. But I know enough about loosing money to take self-sovereignty seriously & educate myself.
Here is a page I made for node building. https://github.com/sovrasoft/btcnode
/11 #Coinjoin: Now you should have the #BTC from your @COLDCARDwallet in your @wasabiwallet & available to queue for a Coinjoin tx. It is worth noting the minimums, fees, & wait times. Enter your password, then wait for the register & sign process.
/11 Take a look: An adversary could see my deposit to @wasabiwallet & my change address back to @COLDCARDwallet. They can see that 0.1 BTC was used as 1 of 114 inputs to a tx with 194 outputs. Many UTXOs have the same balance. I'm not good with math but that's a lot of variables
/11 Your balance will be in your @wasabiwallet which you can send back to your @COLDCARDwallet or invite a friend to get @SamouraiWallet & do some whirlpooling & a Stowaway tx. With all the social distancing these days it's important to stay connected and mix things up.
