Capitalism literally does not exist without any of these things being either a factor, or a cause. Eventually all capitalism will resort to one of these to survive. This isn’t greed, it’s the purpose. That’s why it’s there.

You need profit. To maximize your profit you need to be able maximize the labor you get from your workers, while adjusting their income so it doesn’t change so that no matter what, their labor still gives you a great amount of profit. Eventually you’re exploitating people —
