spent an hour writing a simple thing in rust that accepted civ6 webhooks with tide and then pushed them to a telegram group
when i finally got it to compile and was met with "not running under tokio" i just gave up and wrote the same thing in python in flask in 5 minutes

but hey it did compile so either me or rust is making progress
