A needs-based formula, which Kate seems to be arguing for here, would see money drain from Scotland to Wales and the poorer regions of England. The SNP have always been against it....until now. Unless Kate doesn’t understand what she’s talking about, of course....

Perhaps Kate would do better to fulfil her government’s broken promises on business support, rather than to thrash around blaming the UK. But, you know, Nats gonna Nat. Sigh.
