Gov. Cuomo: "The peak occupancy for NY hospitals was two weeks ago. The occupancy has steadily been going down."

In retrospect, it appears Javits Center hospital, Navy Ship Comfort hospital, and the field hospitals have turned out to be an overkill. Well, hindsight is 20/20.

Of course an overkill is not necessarily a problem when working with a lot of uncertainty, but I called Cuomo on overnight switching to the McKinsey model to justify asking for even more federal help when the hospitalizations started declining.
