That Lilo and Stitch rant actually pissed me the fuck off.

All these industry people and pundits genuinely don& #39;t seem to understand children anymore and that& #39;s why so many cartoons and comics are fucking bad at it now

They don& #39;t respect children but also expect them to be adult

I& #39;m sorry, kids are annoying but it& #39;s like that.

And all of these post-modern irony weirdos are so allergic to doing anything straightforward or sensical that they& #39;ve forgotten how children see the world.

In fact I think they hate how children see the world.

Like I think people genuinely hate themselves for how they acted and looked at the world as kids, I& #39;ve felt that before because I did and said embarrassing fucking shit

But you have to understand that is just how we are at points

I posted about this before, but that& #39;s why I think so many critics don& #39;t get why a kid with a workaholic dad wants them to be around more instead of at their job.

Because a kid doesn& #39;t really understand financial realities, they just want to see their dad.

There are so many critics and pundits that just can& #39;t get into the headspace of a child anymore.

The people who make media that people like even when they& #39;re kids are the real brilliant artists because even with the limited scope of a child they are drawn in.
