For those trying to score political points over PPE (eg a whole host of callers on any Any Answers this afternoon “outraged and offended” by Hancock’s pronouncement) it’s a statement of fact that if PPE is in short supply then it will have to be used carefully and moderately.

And it’s in short supply not because an evil Tory Government is tight-fisted or incompetent but because there is massive international demand which outstrips supply.
