When you become a parent don& #39;t ask questions frequently from your kids. i.e. how was your day? did u eat your dinner? how& #39;s school? When parents ask too many questions back to back it irritates their kids. Being good friends with them makes kids expose everything.

@HasssamAhmed Do not live in the past moment our future moment. A person who meditates or a person who is at peace lives in the NOW. They do not have any past or any future. They love being in the present moment and thats what all they have. Meditation gives you this sense.
