I know I talk about my children a lot but y’all My daughter picked up a book I haven’t gone all the way through with her yet and she is actually reading. Like READING words I’ve never taught her. She’s sounding out words and reading sentences. She just turned 3. I could cry

Like fuck. I’m so damn proud of her. I’m so inspired by her and her desire and passion for learning. I love that she asks for help when it’s really needed but prefers to try and try herself until she gets it right. I cried listening to her read. It’s such a beautiful thing to not only watch a child and their growing mind but to actively be a part of their growth and learning. So fulfilling
