The consumer/commercial supply chain imbalance is creating artificial shortages; there should be a coordinated national effort to redirect necessities to consumer outlets instead of having them destroyed.

If we had actual national leadership, this would be happening right now.

There is not toilet paper shortage; commercial supply chains are overflowing with TP but there's no way to get it to supermarkets.

Food that would normally go to restaurants is being destroyed instead of being redirected grocery stores and food banks.
