Giving hormones earlier leads to happier trans people as they do not have to deal irreversible effects of a puberty they do not wish to go through. The unfortunate exception being the rare detransitioner. 2/

This also completely ignores the existence of trans men, which transphobes tend to do as they disprove their arguments. 4/

This also disregards the idea that cis men and women are capable of raping people of their own gender and are allowed to be in a space with them. Also preventative measures should be in place to prevent prisoners harming each other. 6/
Failings of this are a much larger problem and to do with the prison system and not that of trans people. I guess also no complaints about trans men rather being sent to a men’s prison. 7/

Telling trans women to go to the much more open men’s bathroom opens the door for transphobic assault and harassment. Also trans men would have to use female bathrooms by this logic and would also be received negatively because they are men in a female space. 9/
