Went to “live court” yesterday. Turns out we move to virtual court Monday and don’t know when we’ll have live court again.

No more standing next to the people we represent.

The court is still not setting release hearings when we file release motions, despite telling the appellate court they would do so by yesterday.

The criminal punishment bureaucracy shows again how it doesn’t see or care about people charged with crimes.

The court held and denied the two release hearings that were the subject of our writ.

No information yet about how loved ones can attend.
