one of the weird things about creating youtube videos is that like there isn't really a standard in terms of how long a video should be, and it is cool to not be tethered by a certain runtime, but also, like, a 5-minute video is so different than a 30 minute one.
The scope and style change so much when hitting different lengths, and deciding what deserves the deep dive vs what works as a shorter thing is a constant question I find myself asking.
There isn't really a point to this thread. It is just something I've been thinking about a lot. My original inspirations came from a time where 10 minutes or less was the goal, but my newer inspirations are far more long-form...
so with any idea I am like, aight should this be 6 minutes or 60? This isn't really a problem, but it is definitely one of the challenges of this platform.

what length of content do you all like? is the answer depends?
