mugshots are criminal pictures not pics taken w/ flash in a dark room looking like a bloody clown,or a red deer.if u happen to desire for a mugshot pic look in the proper way i tried to put this in the nicest way im so sorry
i cant show an official mugshot but this could do for an example
im making this thread bc im seeing more locals doing the trend and it seemed unfortunate
that means it applies to all not just the nearest ppl to me
