Here is an attempt to explain the current situation: a secret war

The deep state developed a bio-weapon and planned to release it to kill millions, destroy the economy and take down Trump. This may have been the real “insurance policy” that was discussed by Trump’s enemies.

The good guys (military intelligence) knew of these plans and had a countermove planned. They quickly released a second weapon that only affects adrenochrome users, which is many in the deep state. (Either another strain or something attached to the one the DS released.)

This explains the inexplicable rate of famous elites who are dying. This enabled them to effectively shut down travel and get the masses to shelter in place as the public heard of so many famous people getting sick.

This quick and coordinated WW shutdown of travel thwarted the mass casualties the deep state had wanted. They likely had hundreds or thousands of infected people (if a weaponized virus) or a pathogen they were carrying ready to spread out throughout the world but mostly the US.

At the same time the second weapon outed the users who had to choose either to seek medical help and be arrested or risk death. This explains why many of them appear to be under house arrest.

This also explains the high death rates in NYC and affluent northern NJ as well as outbreaks in wine regions of Spain and Italy where, as was seen in a 2011 Podesta email (wikileaks), that one method if delivery was to put adrenochrome in wine.

There was also a massive “wine spill” in early March near the epicenter of the worst outbreak in Italy.

The liberal media and liberal democrats are seizing upon the situation to inflict as much damage as possible on Trump, even if it means more Americans dying. This is why they are opposing hydroxychloriquine and z-pac treatment even if it is having great success around the world.

They also are using the crisis to push heavy-handed government control as fast and as far as they can. Killing the economy and individual freedoms at the same time.

The lack of the presidential seal at the daily briefings is Trump’s message that he is acting under duress. He is at war with a very real “hidden/invisible enemy”.

I believe there is a threat of another bio-weapon being held over his head. That unless he acts and does certain things, millions may die. This could be just an empty threat. Or maybe it’s not. Does he know yet?

I believe he’s being forced to:
**Allow the economy to be destroyed
**Take the heat off the satanic cabal and those outed as adrenochrome users.
(Their condition might be a ticking time bomb. Maybe he and his team hold the trigger, or perhaps the cure. )

**To stop the assaults on the underground D.U.M.B.s and rescue operations. (The Comfort and Mercy are in place for these victims.
**To stop Barr and Durham from bringing criminals to justice.
In a nutshell, putting a stopper in the Swamp drain.

Its possible that today he is making the decision of what he will do. As he put it “the toughest decision of his life.” Does he call their bluff? Does he make a deal?
Does he have accurate intelligence to know?

He’s cleared his schedule and was careful to wish everyone a Happy Easter yesterday. Even adding “in case I don’t see you before then”.

This is only a theory based on publicly known facts as well as some backchannel comms by Q team combined with my own observations. I have no insider sources.
