It's world economy with common problem. Why hell haven't we formed "Global" panel to solve problem collectively.

We don't need panel of greedy CEO's to restart. We need radical ideas to solve a "health" AND economic problem.

Brightest scientist, engineers, finance, big data.

Radical approaches to test and release/isolate would be start.

Every neighborhood by now should have walk in rapid testing facility.
Get employers millions test kits, once curve down, get to work, test daily, quickly isolate infected. For elderly/at risk, continue isolation.

To say "we just go back to work" is reckless and will fail.

To say "we just lock-down for months" or if it flares up again "we lock down" is reckless.

A great depression will kill millions too.
