Okay but I just feel the need to emphasise this.
As we’re all aware that lockdown Pt.2 is underway, please bare in mind that there are people who are stuck in toxic places that aren’t conducive to a healthy lifestyle/mentality.
Hence, I am afraid that someone out there might just do something stupid.
Furthermore, I encourage you to check up on your friends more frequently (as will I) and to continue spreading Mental Health Awareness as much as information regarding Covid-19 is being spread.
Mental health is no joke. I know from first hand experience how bad things can get. I’ve seen it in my family, my friends and most importantly myself.
So be kind and spread positivity. Don’t be kak (this message goes out to parents and toxic family especially). Re-evaluate the way you treat others.
