Closing schools in New York City "is my legal authority," Cuomo says.
And it has to be "coordinated" across the NYC metropolitan area
Says he provided "clarification" on De Blasio's announcement.

"We won't know for the next few days."

I guess parents are going to have to wait for a definitive answer...
