My kids are all young adults now, but if I had kids in school, and the rest of the year was out, I& #39;d be in contact with other parents, have organized a teaching schedule, slotted times for us all to take turns, and get back to business. Maybe start with teaching REAL MATH.

I& #39;d also personally love to add AMERICAN History, our founding etc to the mix. How about we have an entire class on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, with games, projects, a final competition like a Constitution Bee with prizes?

Also, how about some of the Dad help out and we can have SHOP classes! Learn how to make stuff and fix basic stuff around the house. Change a tire?

I& #39;d say add cooking classes too, but you can do that already on the internet easily, all my kids did at college, they learned to cook/shop for themselves. But sewing? Hey, we& #39;re all making masks anyway, let& #39;s go for it!

Let& #39;s bring back Art classes, music classes, and get out side for some freaking PE and not just stacking solo cups, although that& #39;s fun.

There are tons of Science experiments we can teach using the internet, there are thousands of successful home school programs to access as well.

Look at it this way, maybe just maybe we can start to deprogram our kids from their overwhelmingly liberal teachers and curriculum, and inject what they haven& #39;t been taught in there. We& #39;ve got until August in most cases.
