✨ Japanese films ✨
1. #RurouniKenshin (2012)
- A+ for cinematography and fight scenes!
- thankful that this is not a stand-alone film because you will surely crave to watch some more
- #SatohTakeru was made for his role as Himura Kenshin
2. #The8YearEngagement (2017)
- beautifully poignant
- prepare your boxes of tissue and don't say I didn't warn you!
- the fact that this was based on a true story made me believe in true love's existence
- #SatohTakeru was amazing as always. He truly is a versatile actor!
3. #TheLiarAndHisLover (2013)
- expected more from the story despite reading about the plot
- chemistry between the leads was a bit lacking
- wanted to see more of the band's bromance
- #SatohTakeru was my only reason to watch so if you're his fan, then it will be worth watching!
4. #IfCatsDisappearedFromTheWorld (2016)
- this film is just golden and perfect
- brilliantly written with so many memorable lines
- watch this film even if you're not a fan of #SatohTakeru, watch it for the beautiful story and cinematography
- makes you think a lot about life
