1. Explosive revelations contained in footnotes originally redacted from IG Michael Horowitz's December report show that some of the information Christopher Steele included in his dossier was misinformation planted by Russian intelligence.

This declassified information was provided to two Senate committees in recent days.
Sens. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa worked to get the footnotes declassified.

3. The footnote states an FBI intelligence analyst on Crossfire Hurricane probe admitted they "did not recall reviewing information in Steele's Delta file documenting Steele's frequent contacts with representatives for multiple Russian oligarchs in 2015."

4. A second footnote revealed "in addition to information in Steele's Delta file documenting frequent contacts with representatives for multiple Russian oligarchs, we identified reporting Crossfire Hurricane team received indicating potential for Russia disinformation"

5. Priestap, for example, told us "I don't recall
knowing that there was any connectivity between [Steele] and [Russian Oligarch1]." Priestap told us that he believed it was "completely fair" to say that the FBI
should have assessed Steele's relationship with Russian Oligarch 1

6. In Chapter Four we noted that Steele's
frequent contacts with Russian oligarchs in 2015 had raised concerns in the FBI Transnational
Organized Crime Intelligence Unit.

7. SSA 1 told us that he was unaware of these concerns, but said
would have found this information useful and would have wanted to know about it while supervising
the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

8. Handling Agent 1 expressed surprise that Crossfire Hurricane team did not access Steele's Delta file earlier. The team should have "turned
the file upside down" looking for information 2 months earlier he assumed that some members of the team had thoroughly reviewed the file.

10. The December report by lG Michael Horowitz examined the FBI's investigation into alleged coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia as well as the FBI's four surveillance warrants for former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

11. Horowitz found 17 "significant inaccuracies and omissions" in the FBI's handling of FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) applications to surveil Page.
