Bombay people.
Person I know from Delhi, has done relief work for the riot victims, and for migrant workers there, has tied up with a grocery store to provide 147 families in Dharavi with dry rations. Needs to raise ₹2 lakh like NOW. (They start delivering Monday.)
Can you help?
Adding a few more details.
Her assessment is that while Delhi has a relatively robust distribution system and well working NGOs in place, the situation around Dharavi needs a lot more help.

Plan for first phase of distribution: she and her friends have tied up a grocery shop and and a learning centre (for distribution) to reach 147 families. They plan to give each family 10kg rice, 5 kg atta, 2 kg dal, 1 litre oil, and soaps.
This work is being done with a group of volunteers in Bombay, and the BMC is actively helping.
