You can never tell much about a company by searching online. They tend to INTENTIONALLY focus on curating content focused on the product/services they offer rather than the culture.
You will feed on what& #39;s available and in a way you feel like you have a good sense of the company/Organizations Inside story. Think about it https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😌" title="Relieved face" aria-label="Emoji: Relieved face">
There are things I have realized we tend to not think about when we are job hunting;
1.What will your colleagues be like?
2. How Will they treat you?
3. What will a typical day be like?
4. Will your work be interesting, challenging and valued?
5. Is this a company that really cares for its people?

6.Will this company put in as much into you and your career and you& #39;re going to put into it?
I& #39;d like to know if there are companies that give employees 20% of their time to pursue their own interests.
Also,let no one lie to you that you can know about a company& #39;s Culture by asking anyone who works or has worked there before.
No one will tell you that in a real way.
