Job Hunting.
Thread 👇
You can never tell much about a company by searching online. They tend to INTENTIONALLY focus on curating content focused on the product/services they offer rather than the culture.
You will feed on what's available and in a way you feel like you have a good sense of the company/Organizations Inside story. Think about it 😌
There are things I have realized we tend to not think about when we are job hunting;
1.What will your colleagues be like?
2. How Will they treat you?
3. What will a typical day be like?
4. Will your work be interesting, challenging and valued?
5. Is this a company that really cares for its people?

6.Will this company put in as much into you and your career and you're going to put into it?
I'd like to know if there are companies that give employees 20% of their time to pursue their own interests.
Also,let no one lie to you that you can know about a company's Culture by asking anyone who works or has worked there before.
No one will tell you that in a real way.
