I live with my father for the quarantine. But today my mom came to pick me and my siblings up to spend the holiday with her. Nothing wrong with that right? Let me tell you, it went VERY wrong.
She came to pick us up in a car which lived through multiple accidents. But somehow it was still working, so yeah we were trusting it ig. Here's the first mistake: my mother, who is a nurse and should be more aware than anyone that the confinement is important, decided to
overlook the law and go help his brother. He needed some groceries and didn't have a car, so she decided that we should pick him up at the grocery store. You know, the grocery store at the other side of the city. Very far from our home.
So yeah anyway, we met the police and they stopped the car. I thought we were doomed since we were not AT ALL where we were supposed to be. But then my mother started lying SO naturally even I was impressed. Stuff about her papers showing the wrong address and that she changed it
She literally messed with their brain, when she asked the police officer why he wasn't wearing a mask and he just mumbled "sorry.." i was like WTF I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO DO THAT?? But that's not the point, sadly. So we went to the grocery store, and picked up my insufferable uncle
Why "insufferable" will you ask? Well, that's a story for another time. So yeah, we picked him up but he said that he couldn't find exactly what he wanted and that we had to go to another store. Ha. Ha. Ha. My mom surely couldn't accept that, right? Guess what.
So yup here we were, going to an other store, my mother sweating bc she didn't want to see the cops again, my uncle blabbering about his life, and me and my siblings just vibing I suppose. And everything went well, if "well" meant feeling like we were in a boring version of GTA
We were leaving the store when the second mistake became clear. Remember when I said that the car had gone through multiple accidents? We shouldn't have trust it. She started stopping spontaneously more and more often, until she just refused to work anymore.
And here I am. Almost at my uncle's house. AT. THE OTHER SIDE. OF THE CITY. Without any way to return home, nor any good justification to explain my presence here. I'll update this thread.
