I am convinced the Robert Altman movie, POPEYE, was made *just* for Robert Altman. Which is fair. It's a love letter to the old/original Segar strips, when most of us know Popeye from the constantly-eating-spinach cartoons. That said, Shelley Duvall was born to play Olive Oyl.
