If he’s guilty, he should drop out. If not, it should end the rumors from serious people. I’m happy with either scenario. https://twitter.com/newsweek/status/1248965451784302599
I'm not willing to speculate on the likelihood of the accusations being true or not, and I've never felt comfortable jumping into the conversation from either direction.

So, as far as I'm concerned, this formal complaint is actually a blessing for the party.
It's been my position since the beginning that this was the year to nominate a woman.

After Me Too, there wasn't a single male politician that I'd have been willing to bet my son's future on not having engaged in some sort of sexual harassment.
The absolute worst idea imaginable seemed to be nominating a career politician from the days when women's rights were laughed out of the room.

So, naturally, we went ahead and narrowed it down to two of them
For extra credit, we went with two who brought with them weird (not illegal, but definitely *weird*) records involving sexual assault.

Given our cultural and political situation at the moment, it would have been a miracle if *some* accusation of this sort didn't manifest itself.
