@cardiffcouncil I am writing this with severe disappointment with our council. They issued me with 4 fines for Turing right in Churchill way and they took 4 months to come!! Due to corona virus I am now a “key worker” in retail and this will take 75% of my weekly wage!!

@cardiffcouncil I have also have had to take loss of earnings from my other job and I don’t have the money to pay these fines! They have issued these fines 4 months after the indecent occurring and rejected my appeal. Disgusting behaviour from the council considering a pandemic!!

Under the traffic and management act of 2004 a pcn served 28 days over the if indicent occurring is invalid yet they are still trying to chase me for the money after appealed it is wrong!!! Please share this thread to shame the council!!!

@cardiffcouncil really does go to show how they will step all over to you get their money when you are working as a key worker in retail helping the public and the elderly get essentials. Really?! It is shameful!!
