Team morale is just as important as team skill, you need both as much as possible to succeed in anything.

If the morale is low, players won't try to their full potential and plans or strategies won't work as well because nobody will be on the same page or focused to properly execute

As much as I want to improve as an individual I don't think I can really play to my potential if my team isn't feeling it or isn't on the same page..

Ranked matchmaking really doesn't mean much if you're going solo all the time because it's asking to fail, you hardly know who you with and most of the time they're not as friendly individuals who you don't mix well with.

You shouldn't blame yourself for losing when you're trying to fill a puzzle with missing peices.
