Team morale is just as important as team skill, you need both as much as possible to succeed in anything.

If the morale is low, players won& #39;t try to their full potential and plans or strategies won& #39;t work as well because nobody will be on the same page or focused to properly execute

As much as I want to improve as an individual I don& #39;t think I can really play to my potential if my team isn& #39;t feeling it or isn& #39;t on the same page..

Ranked matchmaking really doesn& #39;t mean much if you& #39;re going solo all the time because it& #39;s asking to fail, you hardly know who you with and most of the time they& #39;re not as friendly individuals who you don& #39;t mix well with.

You shouldn& #39;t blame yourself for losing when you& #39;re trying to fill a puzzle with missing peices.
