In a country where things are hard, it’s crazy how a company would want to make lives harder for Honest working Nigerians.

Dear FOUANI @Fouani_Nig (trading under the name and style of LG Nigeria), it’s been painstakingly disgusting and not nice doing business with you.
How can one invest N339,000 in a brand new LG REF 247KQDV-B double chest refrigerator (or who knows if it’s refurbished or second hand?) on the 7th of January, 2020 and it’s already faulty first month of purchase?
This issue has been on for a while and my usual self would have restored to calling your unprofessional selves out, but I decided to be civil and approach other means as suggested by my lawyers.
I called severally without any feedback, and upon getting a feedback weeks after, you sent your labourers or engineers to come fix a 1 month old refrigerator which still had issues after that.
I called again in February and you came in March to fix the said refrigerator only for it to
Develop issues again last week... it’s obvious that your brand is untrustworthy and i can’t take your word for it or be associated with such a brand.
Pls kindly do well to send your delivery guys to come pick up your fridge. I’m no longer interested and I want my monies refunded In FULL.
Mind you, all the food is stucked up for the lockdown is also spoilt all thanks to your “brand new” product that has failed to serve its purpose for weeks.

I have receipts from point of purchase to every attempt made to reach you and also proof of all my foodstuff that’s got spoilt.
