@RaoulGMI #COVID19 #COVID19espana

Yesterday, there were almost 100,000 new cases globally, it looks like this spike came from Europe...
Please note that as of today I have switched my data source to Bloomberg. Also, due to inconsistent reporting over the weekends, our daily update will commence next week on Tuesday.
And more than 7,000 deaths...
And the number of daily net cases jumped in Europe...
This is partly because the UK registered the most confirmed cases in a single day at 8,733...
But also because the numbers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal are rapidly increasing...
As a result, there were more than 35,000 new confirmed cases reported yesterday in Europe...
The UK also registered the most deaths in a single day...
Europe will soon reach the 70,000 deaths related to Covid-19 mark...
Here is the breakdown...

The US added the most confirmed cases on record, with 35,386. Be aware that any meaningful drop over the weekend might simply be due to the delay in reporting because it is a weekend, and a holiday weekend at that...
For the first time ever, a single country recorded more than 2,000 deaths related to Covid-19 in just one day...
Today, the US will see more than 20,000 deaths related to Covid-19...
And will become the country with most deaths related to the virus...
The State of New York added more than 12,000 new cases...
And more than 800 deaths...
By Monday, the State of New York will likely have more than 10,000 deaths related to Covid-19...
Here is our updated model for New York...
While Australia seems to be in a better situation than most at the moment, the curve in Japan and India is growing steadily. Brazil and Canada now both account for about 20,000 confirmed cases...
