Your company policy says full amount refund as credit shell. Can you please tell me is 980 is equals to 1404???

@IndiGo6E Also formal complaint against you Chat agents name:- Airport_Pompy_Del is pathetic at customer services. kindly check his chat and he left chat without notifying me and Then agent Savitha joined chat and disconnected chat. Very Poor Service.

@IndiGo6E at this Crisis you are promising customer, a Full Refund as credit shell. But, I have received refund credit shell less by around AED 420. 420 number itself not good number to say. I need full refund of AED 1,404 which I have paid to your company. PNR QHYUJP
