Since 14 days more of lockdown is added aku nak share lah resepi harian aku kalau rajin. So harini aku masak:
Ayam sambal keechup🌶️🌶️🌶️

Bahan bahan basic je :
-Ayam beberapa ketul dah siap goreng.
-Cili padi kalau aku 30 biji ikut pedas korang.
-Cili boh/kisar
-Bawang holland/kuning sebijik besar
-Bawang putih 3 ulas
-Kicap manis tak kisah jenama apa
-Gula
-Garam
-Secukup rasa(Maggi)
Next is cane nak masak lah :

Firstly,korang blend cili padi,bawang kuning and bawang putih(with minimum amount of water).Tamo hancur sangat. Then put aside sebab japgi baru pakai.

Secondly panaskan kuali and tumis cili boh pakai minyak goreng ayam tadi sampai pecah minyak.
Then masukkan gula,garam and secukup rasa agak agak je.

Next step is masukkan blended item tadi dalam cili boh yang korang tumis tu.

Lepastu tuangla kicap manis korang tu ikut berapa suka btw end of this thread ada tips how to make sure tak termasin or termanis.
Keep api dapur besar sambil kacau sambal tu kalau tak tahan pakailah helmet.

Barulah lepastu korang campak ayam goreng golek golek kan dia gaul sampai sebati.

Last step if masukkan sikit minyak goreng ayam like dua tiga sudu and kacau for few mins.
So here's the tips :
Untuk garam gula and kicap
korang jangan terus letak banyak banyak, letak sikit sikit and for each step yang aku kasi tu korang rasa ngam ke tak.

Btw boleh je tak guna garam since kicap and secukup rasa already ada masin sikit.
