Initially when I was deployed in Corona cell I was too shit scared. The anxiety was real. Amidst all the tension and ppl freaking out over corona I found this video online in which healthcare workers were dancing in their PPEs and it made me feel so better.

During wars songs are sung to raise the spirits of soldiers. Well this is a war for us and even tho it's different there's no harm in taking a break and doing something fun that would keep your mind away from all the negative and fearful thoughts.
