Can you imagine if the government had spent the last few years kitting out doctors and nurses with protective equipment instead of mass-buying fridges and portaloos for a No-Deal Brexit?

Simple question:
If... instead of having a government focused on Brexit the past 4 years, we& #39;d had one that was mainly focused on supporting/improving the NHS... would the NHS have been in a better state in February?

So would we have coped with the Coronavirus better or worse?
