I remember when I 1st started seeing my period.
I used to get pains so bad I would cry and pass out.
Paracetamol was like a joke, it was felvin or nothing.
On this eventful day, mom was not around & there was no felvin.

I was wailing in my room, calling for help, but they could not hear me.
They were about to leave the house when they heard my voice, dad rushed to my room and was confused.
He asked what was wrong, I didn't know how to tell him it was menstrual pain, so I just said my stomach

His friend came into the room and meet dad in his confused state & me rolling on my bed.
Voila!!! friend diagnosed ULCER, told dad I needed to eat more

To my horror 
uncle asked dad to buy bread and Fanta for me.
I was even more petrified.
Dad too came with bread and Fanta, more sugar and these men were forcing bread and Fanta down my throat with seriousness

I don't know what happened next but when I woke up, mom was sitting on the bed beside me.
She gave me Felvin & Orheptal and I went back to sleep.
