Our police officers need enlightenments.

Was coming back from hospital yesterday from my son's immunization. Close to my area, policeman stopped me and I wound down my window. He asked me to fully wind down and I told him no, that it's not safe enough to completely wind down

since because of the pandemic and his proximity to me. He wanted to argue and shouted initially but the female police with her told him that what I said was in order.

That one settled, the interrogated started. Told him I'm coming from hospital, went for immunization.

Asked for evidence and I showed him immunization card. He asked me to give him the card and I declined and told him "for health safety reasons, I can't allow you to touch the card with your hand. I can open it for you to see anything you want to see".

I told him that he is meeting a lot of people and also he should be careful about his safety too. This virus can be in the paper you are collecting and checking. This man got angry oo, but the policewoman with him told him that I'm right.

The policeman now shocked me with what he said: "forget that thing... what is Corona Virus? Don't be deceived there's no Corona Virus in Nigeria. If Corona Virus is in Nigeria, me and you won't be here... look at Italy, that's where you can say there's Corona Virus "

I was shocked at the ignorance exhibited by this policeman and how he'll be exposing himself and people he's meeting daily to this pandamic due to his die-hard ignorance.
